Al-Amin Group has Educational leaves for employee. However, educational leaves of absence may be granted on an individual basis. The process of obtaining such a leave begins when a employee submits a request to the department head at least one week before the leave period is to begin. An educational leave of absence may be granted with or without pay. Parents of newborn or newly adopted children may request personal leave with or without pay, depending on the circumstances, for up to twelve weeks.

Non-educational leaves of absence are granted without pay to accommodate personal or family needs of employee or to enable participation in activities that will benefit the employee of the Al-Amin Group.

The decision whether to grant a leave of absence depends upon the circumstances of each case.
