Marine shrimp farming and fish have grown into a multi-billion dollar industry. The demand for fresh fish, and shrimps in the country, as well as abroad has driven us to venture into this business. To meet that demand, Al-Amin Agro Fisheries Complex was initiated in the year of 1998 with the intention of cultivating and growing high quality marine fishery. The Project is located on 45-kilo meter away from city of Maijdee, Noakhali. The project is built on a 520 acre of land. The area has been protected by high embankment. Presently, we are growing shrimps, Pangas and white fish in a number of large, medium size ponds. The area is suitable for culturing shrimps. We are now producing fish feed from our own Fish Feed Manufacturing plant. Installation of hatchery in the Project area is under process. We plan to export shrimps & other fish products to other country.
