The Diamond project is a residential complex designed around two primary types of residences: villas and apartments. This thoughtful blend of housing options is aimed at providing diverse living spaces to cater to different lifestyle preferences and family sizes. Each type will offer its own distinctive design and amenities, ensuring a harmonious and balanced community environment within the development.

In total, it covers an area of 276,000 m² and includes 307 villas and 224 apartments. The variety of plot sizes ensures that the project caters to different needs and preferences while maintaining a cohesive residential environment.
