Located in Duhok, which started with the construction of Mazi Plus Mall Shopping Center. The project is built on around 30,000 square meters of area, and consists of a total of 12 blocks. 4 blocks are currently completed, which contain more than 250 apartments. 2nd stage of construction has begun to build another 4 blocks of apartments. As of today, around 50% of the construction is complete. The complex offers on-site fitness center, Turkish bath, playground, and our multi-story underground car parking.
